Is there a minimum order?
Minimums depend on the product and decoration method. Tell us your quantity, and we'll show you the options that work for it.
How long does an order take?
Timing depends on the product and decoration. Once you approve your proof, we'll give you a confirmed completion date. Have a deadline? Tell us up front, and we'll plan around it.
What kind of logo file do you need?
A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is best. If you only have a JPG or PNG, send it anyway, and we'll let you know if it needs to be redrawn or digitized for embroidery.
Can I see it before it's made?
Yes. You'll approve a proof before anything goes into production.
